Brief:
Penwith Housing Association manages 6,000 rented homes across Cornwall and is part of the Devon & Cornwall Housing Group, which manages 17,000 properties throughout Cornwall and Devon. Parc an Tansys is a housing development of over 80 houses in Camborne that was in need of a complete door and window refurbishment program.
Detail:
For a number of years Crown had a best value partnership agreement with Devon & Cornwall Housing Association. A high specification product was required at a competitive price to reflect the volume of units that would be supplied over the course of a year.
The windows installed at Parc an Tansys were white PVCu Eurologik 70mm casements, and the doors were GBW Discovery Composite doors in a variety of styles and colours.
